Spruce

SPRUCE oils are Swedish primeur oils made of fresh handpicked spruce, juniper and pine shoots. SPRUCE perfectly compliments other typical Nordic ingredients like wild meats, smoked fish, tasty cheeses, berries and mushrooms.

Marinated wild reindeer meat, cold-smoked trout and chanterelle mushrooms fried in butter are all hallmark flavours of Sweden. It is to these special flavours that we often want to top with seasoning oil. With a few drops of SPRUCE added freshness and depth of flavour, while the experience of the Nordic is enhanced significantly.

The latest addition to the SPRUCE family is björkolja. A sweeter sister developed from the light green birch leaves and the white stems of birch trees that glows in the Swedish summer evenings.
